When you fill in our quote form or contact assistant, we collect: your name, email, phone, municipality, and the information about your project (project type, property type, desired timeline, optional message).

We never collect data without your knowledge.

This data is used solely to handle your request, get back to you, prepare a quote and follow up on your project.

Processing is based on your consent and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6 GDPR).

Your data is intended only for the teams of Remake Luxembourg S.A. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

It is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, then archived in accordance with legal obligations (in principle 3 years after the last contact).
